Noah Stetson

Laboratory Coordinator

Following a lifelong love of animal behavior, Noah Stetson received his BA in psychology from the University of Texas at Austin, during which he completed a field research internship at the Duke Lemur Center studying handedness in lemurs, and conducted an honors thesis on evaluating personality in domestic pigs. He then spent the summer working at Ankoatsifaka Research Station in Western Madagascar collecting data on feeding behaviors in wild Verreaux's Sifaka lemurs (Propithecus verreauxi) and met a lot of free-roaming dogs. He hopes to continue his career working in dog behavior and cognition research and is excited to use his background and interests in dog training, ethology, science communication, and data science to help the world learn everything they can about dogs!
